Learn to make these cute little "boats" that can be served as a snack, appetizer, or meal. In addition we will delve into a variety of cooked and raw salsas using chiles from the Yucatán Penninsula. And of course we will make agua fresca and dessert! Cost is $45 which includes lunch and recipe packet. (See CLASSES for registration and payment.)
